Shoetree Publishers has a small inventory of books and gift items available for sell. We’re not set-up for mass production or mass distribution of our products. In short, our target market is the individual buyer not chain stores or other high volume buyers.

We’re in business to provide our customers with great products that appeal to both parts of their brain: the right brain’s preference for the whimsical and the left brain’s need for more substantive delights. 

We’ll sell our products until our inventory is gone. At which point, we’ll stop selling products to restock our inventory. We promise to work to keep popular items in ample supply but to succeed we need your cooperation.  We want you to  buy our products (please do!) but we won't complain if you keep your purchases small, 12 or less items per order.  If you want to place a larger order (more than a dozen  books or gift items) please contact us. We’ll consider the request and try to accommodate it. Take a minute to review the shipping guidelines. It'll make your life and ours easier.

STORE HOURS

The Let's Talk Handpuppet Company +Gift Store is open for business Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time). Orders placed after regular business hours will be filled at the start of the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend, or on a Holiday will not be processed until the start of business on Monday morning, or in the event of a Holiday, at the  start of the business week after the Holiday break.   

RETURN POLICY

Books

Customers have 15 days from date of delivery to return a purchased book to Shoetree Publishers for a full refund (minus original shipping costs) provided:

1. The original packaging, (book wrapping) if any, is intact;

2.  The book is not damaged.

Any shipping cost incurred as a consequence of returning the book to Shoetree Publishers’ is the responsibility of the customer. 

E-novels and Gift Products

Shoetree Publishers has a no return/no refund policy for purchases of our handpuppet greeting cards or kits, note cards or e-novels.

Shipping Guidelines

To make our shipping and handling costs more economical for you, we've had to come to grips with a few facts:

• It's cheaper to ship items in predetermined units and lots; and,
• The size and shape of the container or box determines what you can put inside of it.

To reduce your shipping and handling costs,  purchase your products in the suggested unit number(s). If you choose to make purchases in quantities other than the  suggested unit number(s), you will have to pay a $15 to $25 special shipping and handling fee (depending on the size and weight of the package). This is an additional fee which will be added to the standard shipping and handling charges for delivery of your product(s).
